Personally it hurts to sit in a lotus position, so I prefer to sit in a chair.

- Breathe Deeply and Slowly
Close your eyes gently and then direct your gaze downwards. Continue by taking a few slow breaths – inhale with your nose and exhale with your mouth. Try not to force your breathing, but let it come naturally. Even though the first few intakes of air might be quite shallow, the more experienced you get, your breaths will gradually become fuller and deeper. Take as long as you wish to master this breathing skill.
- Be Aware
